Request Review
The Request Review function gives you the ability to send a completed application, or partially completed application, to an applicant to review, edit, and submit back. This is often used when you have a repeat file for a client. You can copy the old deal, and then send the new deal copy to the client for review and updating.
Step-by-Step Guide
1) Click "Request Review"
2) Select the email address of the applicant you wish to send the request to from the Recipient dropdown, and select the agent profile you wish to use for the request.
3) If you wish to give the applicant permission to make edits to the co-applicant or mortgage request, be sure to check those options off on the scope. If you would like auto-docs to be requested when the applicant finishes the review, click the "Trigger Auto Docs" option here. Then click "Send".
4) If you have previously send a Request Review out to an applicant on the file, this action will revoke the previous access. There can be only one Request Review in process at any one time.
5) You can view the status of the request by clicking "Request Review" again, and navigating to the History tab.
6) You can also revoke access on this screen if you need to cancel a request review.
