Co-broker a Deal in Scarlett Mortgage

There are times when you need to send a copy of your file to another agent. You can use the Co-Broker option in Scarlett Mortgage to send a copy of your file to another agent on Scarlett Mortgage.

1. Within the deal, use the hamburger to jump to the participants section.

2. Click on "Co-Broker Deal".

3. This screen will show the co-brokering history of the file. Click on "Co-Broker Now".

4. Select either Split or Referral for the commissions, and enter the split percentage or referral fee.

5. Chose the deal status the agent will receive the deal in, and whether to include any lender submissions and responses, or a copy of the documents on file.

6. Enter the firm name, and name of the agent you wish to co-broker to. Click "Search".

7. Select the agent profile, and click "Co-Broker Now".

If you cannot find the agent on a search, they may not have a Scarlett Mortgage profile. In this case, we recommend you confirm with them, as you may need to push the deal to Expert and co-broker from there.
