Copy a Deal

There are times when you need to copy a deal in Scarlett Mortgage. If you are doing another deal for a repeat client, often agents prefer to copy the most recent deal and update that, rather than starting from scratch on a new application. Copying a deal is also helpful when you are going to co-broker a file, so you don't co-broker your original deal, or when you need to try different file workups without disrupting one you already have submitted.

1) In the deal dashboard, you can copy a deal by clicking the blue "copy" button at the bottom of the deal

2) Click "Ok" if you are sure you want to clone the deal

3) You can also copy a deal within a deal. You can do this by going in a deal and clicking the "Copy Application" button at the bottom of the page.

4) When copying a deal, you are able to copy the deal for different agents you have access to as well

5) After done copying, you can now see the copied deals within the deal dashboard
